Delivery
Where is my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1–3 working days. As soon as it’s on it's way, you’ll receive a tracking link in your mailbox. This link provides an estimated delivery date and shipping updates.
If tracking information appears blank or doesn't update immediately, don’t worry, it sometimes takes a little time for the carrier to scan and process the parcel. Please wait until your estimated delivery date before reaching out. We're always here if you still have any questions!
Delivery options
Delivery within the Netherlands
For all domestic orders, we use PostNL as our trusted delivery partner. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 3 working days from the moment your parcel is dispatched. At checkout, you can choose between insured or standard tracked shipping, depending on your preference. Either way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
International shipping
We ship worldwide with PostNL. Once the parcel arrives in your country, your local postal service takes over delivery. The exact timing may vary depending on your location and local carrier, but from our experience, most international deliveries arrive within 7 to 14 working days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as the parcel is on its way, so you can stay updated at every step.

What is your return policy?
We specialise in unique vintage designer pieces, all of our sales are final. We do not accept returns, as each item is one of a kind and carefully curated. We understand that shopping vintage can sometimes feel uncertain, so we do everything we can to help you make an informed decision. Every product listing includes clear photos, detailed descriptions, and accurate measurements to guide you. We strongly encourage you to review these carefully before placing your order.

What are you selling?
At Gimme Glitter, we offer a carefully handpicked collection of designer vintage items sourced from all over Europe. Every piece is carefully selected with love, from iconic designer brands to playful branded gems and unexpected one-of-a-kind finds. Our focus is on character, quality, and storytelling. Whether it’s a Burberry trench coat or a vintage Prada bag, we don’t discriminate by label, as long as it’s special, it belongs here!
Are your items authentic?
We know how important peace of mind is when shopping vintage, especially with designer pieces. Thanks to our experience, we’re able to confidently authenticate every item we sell. In rare cases where we’re not 100% sure, we consult trusted external authentication services to guarantee the piece’s authenticity before listing it. Our goal is to shop worry-free for you.
Do your items come with original packaging?
If an item includes its original packaging, you’ll find that clearly mentioned in the product description. Because the items are vintage, it is pretty rare to receive it’s original packaging because over the years it gets lost and they often come without the original box, dust bag, or tags.
How will I know the condition of an item?
Transparency is key, that’s why we clearly describe the condition of each piece and support it with detailed photos. To make it easier for you to understand what to expect, we classify our items into four categories:
• Fair condition: a well-worn piece with visible flaws, all described and photographed.
• Good condition: gently used with light wear, always noted in the description.
• Very good condition: minimal signs of wear and well maintained.
• Never worn condition: a vintage item in pristine condition, showing no signs of wear.
Very good condition
An item in very good condition is a vintage piece that has been used lightly and is very well maintained. If it shows light wear it’s been mentioned in the description and shown on the pictures.
Never worn condition
An item that is in never worn condition is a vintage piece that doesn’t show any signs of wear.
How do your measurements work?
For bags, we provide the following measurements:
• Height: from top to bottom
• Width: from side to side
• Depth: front to back (gusset)
• Strap length: measured at full extension
Each listing includes measurements, so you can easily compare to pieces you already own
Where can I find your size guide?
Vintage sizing can be tricky because it is inconsistent with modern sizing and tags may be missing. That’s why we always note how a garment fits and which size it’s best suited for in the product description. If you're unsure, just ask - we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.
Can I try your products?
Yes! You’re always welcome to visit our store in Amsterdam and try pieces on in person. Whether you're curious about the fit or just want to feel the fabric! Click here for directions.

Which payment types do you offer?
